Stay Close
The most important thing we can do in this life is to remain in close communion with God. No matter what season we are in, no matter the trials or the celebrations we are experiencing, we can cultivate close relationship with God through the fellowship of his Spirit. He is near, willing to intervene where we need help, and full of kindness.
We are not slaves of God; we are beloved children. That means we have open access to the Father at all times. We don’t need to hide anything from him. He knows us through and through, and he loves us relentlessly. May we discover, or remember, the joy of unending communion with our Maker. He accepts us as we are, washes over us with his pure mercy, and loves us to life again and again. He remains the same—yesterday, today, and forever! Spirit of God, the aim of my life is to remain close to you. Thank you for uninterrupted communion with your Spirit. I love you. I am yours, and I long to know you more.
